ZotGame respects the intellectual property rights of others. All games listed on this site are created and hosted by third-party developers and providers and are embedded under the terms those providers allow.
Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we do not claim ownership of any third-party game.
Submit a takedown notice
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email us with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice. To be effective, your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (title, and registration number if available).
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears, and, if known, where the game itself is hosted.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review each complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the identified page promptly. Because games are embedded from providers, we may also notify the relevant provider or developer so the underlying content can be addressed.
Incomplete notices may be returned to you with a request for the missing information.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its previous location, include your contact details, state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
We may forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and restore content where required by applicable law.
Repeat infringement
We disable or remove listings associated with repeated infringement where we can identify them. Providers who repeatedly fail to respect copyright may be removed from the catalogue entirely.
Misrepresentation
Making a knowingly false claim of infringement can create liability under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f) in the United States. We may pursue remedies where a notice is knowingly false.
Other corrections
If a game is misattributed, broken or should be credited differently, email us - most attribution issues can be fixed without a formal takedown notice.
